What are the cost of mini dental implants?

Most people call my office to inquire about "Costs of Mini Implants." I thought I'd post some information about this:

Mini dental implants are typically 1/2 the cost of conventional implants. Placement of a mini implant ranges from $500-900 per implant depending on the type of procedure and the difficulty. Conventional implant surgery ranges from $800-1600 again depending on many factors. Replacing a single tooth with mini or standard implant requires a crown or cap to be added on at an additional fee. If I am securing a denture or partial denture to the implants there is also an additional fee. Similarly, the shape of the bone in the prospective areas of the implants may be better suited for certain types of implants to ensure long term success. In other cases, none of our implants may be appropriate to replace the teeth without repairing the bone itself. This can usually be accomplished in a minimally invasive fashion using synthetic bone substitute or bone particles that we purchase.

Mini Dental Implant Education:
I am a lecturer and speaker for a few different implant product companies and am paid to educate other dentists on this topic. I have also published a number of scientific articles on the subject. I have helped hundreds of patients, placed thousands of implants, and trained hundreds of other dentists to do the same.

I try to keep my fees at a rate that is in the middle for our community. That being said, I do all the work, both surgical and restorative so you have one price for the entire procedure and no 'hidden fees'. All my patients pay a 'case fee' that depends on their specific needs and wants and covers the entire process and follow-up care. Because I do all the work I am able to discount each part a little more. I pay very close attention to what my patient is looking for and do my best to educate on the alternatives and deliver happiness. This process starts with a free consultation visit so you can get to know me and my ideas for your dental needs with no obligation. Please consider calling to set up an appointment for the free exam: 716-418-7272.

Sincerely,

Dr. Ben
